An application has been filed for informal administration of the estate of the decedent, whose date of birth was January 14, 1943 and date of death was August 13, 2008. The decedent died domiciled in St. Croix County, State of Wisconsin, with a post office address of 2867 County Road Q, Clear Lake, WI 54005. All interested persons have waived notice.

Creditors’ claims must be filed with the probate registrar on or before June 25, 2009.
