CITY OF HUDSON: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 4/9/09Re: Grootwassink Real Estate, Inc. / Fender-Patterson Construction conditional use permit request
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the city of Hudson, Wisconsin plan commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2009, 7:00 p.m., City Hall council chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to hear public comment in regard to an application by Grootwassink Real Estate, Inc. / Fender-Patterson Construction for a conditional use permit, pursuant to the city of Hudson zoning code, Section 255-22, Setbacks, to allow a part of the proposed redevelopment project of the site at 1621 Coulee Road (northwest quadrant of Coulee Road and 17th Street) to be within the required rear yard setback. The area proposed for extension into the required 30 foot rear yard setback area is approximately 610 sq. ft. in area (20.33 feet by 30 feet) and will extend to within 9.67 feet of the north property line. That part of the building will be used for the drop off of items to Good Will Industries and the area is proposed to be closed and secured during non-business hours. The legal address for this proposed project is the east 1/2 of Block D, Clymer’s Commercial Addition and lot 1 and 2 of certified survey map, volume 4, page 923, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
