Letter: Supports St. Joe chair

Dear Editor,

As a resident of the town of St. Joseph, I look forward to the upcoming local election on Tuesday, April 7. It is our opportunity to show support for the leadership of our current town chair, Theresa Johnson. Please vote to re-elect her to another term.

Through Theresa’s hard work and guidance over the past six years, the town has seen many processes streamlined and much money saved. For example, a Public Works committee was organized to ensure that we are spending wisely on road maintenance and construction.

Personally, I have worked with Theresa over the past two years through the town Planning Commission and have witnessed firsthand her commitment and service to our town. In every discussion, her first priority is to take into consideration what is in the best interest of our town, both today and into the future.

Re-electing Theresa Johnson to town chair of St. Joseph will ensure we continue moving forward responsibly in managing the growth and development of our community.
