NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the North Hudson Plan Commission on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall at 400 7th Street North, to consider the following:
Conditional Use Permit Application of Ricky Beach d/b/a/ Beach Upholstery to operate an upholstery shop during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon–Fri at 303 5th Street N.
PIN# 161-1003-60-000.
A copy of the application is available for viewing at the Village Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri.
