An application has been filed for informal administration of the estate of the decedent, whose date of birth was October 2, 1957 and date of death was January 30, 2009. The decedent died domiciled in St. Croix County, State of Wisconsin, with a post office address of 427 Highland View, Houlton, WI 54082. All interested persons have waived notice.

Creditors’ claims must be filed with the probate registrar on or before July 6, 2009.
