Letter: Recommends Adkins in town of St. Joseph

Dear Editor,
As a Town Board member for the town of Troy, who was very involved in the transfer of development rights portion of our subdivision ordinance, I am frequently asked to explain the unique concept of a “market-driven” approach.
In all of my experiences with Kevin Adkins, who is running for the Town Board in St. Joe, I have been impressed with his interest and concern for the voters of the town. He is willing to listen in order to help create a successful community and in enhancing the environment for all of its citizens.
