BankCherokee, Plaintiff, vs. Suzanne Spiczka and unknown spouse of Suzanne Spiczka, Defendants.

Please take notice that by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure in favor of BankCherokee entered in the above- entitled action on November 7, 2008, the undersigned sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction at the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin on May 19, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by the judgment to be sold and described as follows:

Lot 1, Wyldwood, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

The property will be sold “as is”. No representations as to the condition of the property are or will be made. The property is sold subject to unpaid real estate taxes and any other legal encumbrances, if any, and purchaser will be responsible for transfer taxes, title evidence and recording fees.

Terms of Sale: 10% cash at sale, balance due at confirmation hearing.
