NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city of Hudson, Wisconsin Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 4, 2009, 6:55 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street to hear public comment in regard to an application by Blue Jay Properties, LLC / Richard Stout to rezone property located at 653, 655, 657 and 661 Ban Tara Lane in the town of Hudson from R-1, One-family Residential District to RM-1, Multiple Family Residential District. The property is located in the extraterritorial zoning area of the city of Hudson. The property is legally described as being located in part of Section 32, T29N, R19W, Town of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. The general location of the property is located south of Center Drive and east of Carmichael Road and east of the Hudson Chrysler auto dealership.
