Two groups of young eco-artists made a mosaic sea turtle on Saturday, April 18, with master artist Stacie Forbes from ArtStart, a St. Paul-based organization. The art was constructed using recycled materials, and the event was sponsored by the The Purple Tree to celebrate Earth Day.
