RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES FOR VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON, WISCONSIN

RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES FOR VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON, WISCONSIN

The Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hudson, Wisconsin, at a meeting held this 21st day of April 2009, hereby adopts the following resolution:

BE IT RESOLVED, that in compliance with Section 34.05 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the following are designated as public depositories for public monies of the Village of North Hudson, Wisconsin:

  • First American Bank, 2424 Monetary Blvd, Hudson, WI 54016

  • Eagle Valley Bank NA, 2501 Hanley Road, Hudson, WI 54016

  • Wells Fargo Hudson NA, 600 Second Street, Hudson, WI 54016

  • First National Community Bank, 744 Ryan Drive, Hudson, WI 54016

  • Associated Bank, 201 South Second St., Hudson, WI 54016

  • US Bank, 1101 Pearson Drive, Hudson, WI 54016

  • Bank Mutual, 2000 Crestview Drive, Hudson, WI 54016

  • Citizens State Bank, P.O. Box 247, 375 Stageline Road, Hudson, WI 54016

  • The River Bank, 880 Sixth Street N., Hudson, WI 54016

  • Local Government Investment Pooled Fund, Office of the State Treasurer, State of Wisconsin PO BOX 7871, Madison, WI 53707-7871

    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Treasurer and all other public officials of the Village of North Hudson, Wisconsin, shall hereafter deposit public monies of the Village of North Hudson in one or more of the foregoing public depositories as from time to time hereafter determined by resolution of Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hudson.
