The Hudson School District is hosting five students and one teacher for two and a half weeks as part of the Thailand-Wisconsin International Sunrise Program.
This exchange program is sponsored by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and the Thailand Department of Education.
The visiting Thai students are shadowing students from Hudson High School and Hudson Middle School throughout their regular school schedule. They are also presenting information to students about Thailand including a day of cooking in the HHS family and consumer education classes.
This exchange program was developed to build long-lasting student and professional relationships between Wisconsin schools and Thailand and is in keeping with the global learning initiatives that are included in the district’s long-range strategic plan, HSD 2025.
