You are hereby notified that a replevin action has been issued to recover possession of the following described goods and chattels, to-wit: 2006 GMC Sierra, ID# 2GTEK13Z261335175, of which the Plaintiff is entitled to possess, but which you have unlawfully detained from the said Plaintiff.

Now, unless you shall appear in the Circuit Court of St. Croix County, in the Government Center located at 1101 Carmichael Road in the City of Hudson, Wisconsin, before the calendar judge or any other judge of said court to whom this action may be assigned for trial according to the law on May 26, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the morning, judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property to the plaintiff and for damages for the detention thereof and for costs as provided by law.
