Regular Board of Education Meeting

February 10, 2009

CLOSED SESSION

Present: Board members Brian Bell, Cindy Crimmins, Tom Holland, Mark Kaisersatt, Lynn Robson, Daniel Tjornehoj and Barbara Van Loenen. Also present, Superintend-ent Mary Bowen-Eggebraaten, District Deputy Director Nancy Sweet, and Director of Financial Services Tim Erickson.

The Board of Education considered preliminary non-renewal of teacher(s); compensation of non-union employees; and deliberated to prepare for negotiations with all union employee groups.

The Board took action to approve the preliminary non-renewal of teacher(s).

Crimmins moved, with second by Van Loenen to adjourn. Motion passed on a voice vote.
