An application has been filed for informal administration of the estate of the decedent, whose date of birth was December 27, 1919 and date of death was December 31, 2008. The decedent died domiciled in St. Croix County, State of Wisconsin, with a post office address of Deerfield Gables, 505 West 8th Street, New Richmond, WI 54017.

Please take notice that:

1. The application will be heard at the St. Croix County Courthouse, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, before Ericka Nelson, Probate Registrar on June 2, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. or when scheduled thereafter.

You need not appear unless you object. The application may be granted if no objection is made.

2. Creditors’ claims must be filed with the probate registrar on or before August 7, 2009.

3. Publication of this notice shall constitute notice to any persons whose names or addresses are unknown.
