Three Hudson homes were burglarized last week and the Hudson Police Department is asking the public's help in solving the crime.
All three robberies have taken place during the day when the residents were not at home. Entry was gained into two of the homes by breaking a window in a service door. In the third house, the intruders came through a patio door that was left unopened.
The first robbery was on Grandview Drive last Wednesday and is believed to have taken place around noon. One of the owners discovered the burglary when she came home from work. The other two incidents occurred on Friday, again while the residents were at work. Those homes were located on Spruce Drive and Stonepine Bay. Items taken include more than $7,500 worth of jewelry and some small electronics.
Police are asking the public to be aware of any unfamiliar vehicles or people in their neighborhoods and to contact police if they are suspicious. Call the police at (715)386-4771.
