CITY OF HUDSON: 6/9/09 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hudson Board of Building & Zoning Appeals will meet on TUESDAY, June 9, 2009, 6:30 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, to hear public comment regarding application by Roxanne K. Sherburne, 31 Nicholas Way, requesting a variance to Municipal Code Chapter 255-15, Planned Residential Development in reference to constructing an addition to an existing single-family home that will encroach on the required 25 foot rear yard setback. The property is located in a PRD-2, Planned Residential District and legally described as Lot 105 Hudson Meadows, City of Hudson, St. Croix Co., WI.
