The third annual White Pine Festival kicked off this week, and events run through Sunday. The interdisciplinary arts festival is held each summer in the St. Croix Valley.
“In our third year, we’ve really learned from the first two festivals, putting together just the right balance of events that offer up a chance to sit back, relax and take in a mixture of art forms,” said Matt Thueson, White Pine Festival president and founder. “But we’re also offering great up-close-and-personal experiences with the artists and their creative process. Each year, we’ve heard that these opportunities were some of our audience’s favorite festival experiences. They’ve really become an essential part of the festival experience.”
Some events have admission fees. More information is available at www.whitepinefestival.org.
