A series of exhibitions featuring work by area artists Morgan Clifford (Stillwater), De Paola de Lerma (Minneapolis), Leslie Anderson (St. Paul), Beth Peck (Menomonie) and Mark Aumann (Eau Claire) is on view through July 26 in The Galleries of The Phipps Center for the Arts. Galleries hours are Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Sunday, noon to 4:30 p.m., as well as one hour before and through intermission of all performances in The Phipps theaters. Private voice lessons

Ballroom dance parties
Tom Larson will offer a ballroom dance party Saturday, July 18, from 7:30 to 10 p.m. in the dance studio. Larson will offer a ballroom dance lesson from 7:30 to 8:30. Dancers of all experience levels are welcome. Refreshments are provided. Admission is $10 per person.
A one-week ballet session for intermediate and advanced students age 12 and older will be offered by Marcia Keegan on Monday–Friday, July 27-31, 4:30–7:30 p.m. each day, for a fee of $125. Students will take part in a variety of classes including ballet, pointe, strengthening and repertoire. Previous pointe experience is highly recommended. If a student does not have pointe experience, soft shoes will be worn for exercises. The week will culminate with a studio demonstration/performance.
Summer theater camps
--Drama Camp for students entering grades 3 and 4, Monday-Friday, July 20-24, 9 a.m. to noon each day; $135.
--Acting Ensemble for students entering grades 5 and 6, Monday-Friday, July 20-24, 1 to 4 p.m. each day; $135.
--Musical Theater Camp for students entering grades 7-10, Monday-Friday, July 13-17, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day; $265.
Summer Art Camp
Enrollment is now open for Summer Art Camp classes in pottery, drawing, painting, sculpture, mosaic, puppetry and more for ages 4 through 18, weekly through Aug. 14. Class fees range from $25 (for a one-day, two-hour class) to $239 (for a five-day, seven-hour class).
Vinyasa Flow yoga classes continue Thursdays, 6:30–8 p.m. Beginning yoga is offered Tuesdays and Fridays, 9-10:30 a.m. Classes are ongoing and may be taken at any time. Punch-cards may be purchased for $120 per 10 classes. Punch-cards are good for any of the three classes offered each week. Students only pay for the classes they attend. Students should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
