Re: Application to create a three lot CSM at 803 and 811 Riverside Drive N.
NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the North Hudson Plan Commission on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall at 400 7th Street North, to consider the following:
Application to create a three lot CSM at 803 and 811 Riverside Drive N. PIN 161-1049-40-000 and 161-1049-30-000 has been submitted by David Burnley and Onolee Hill. The proposed CSM will reduce the size of lots 2 and 3 by 4.77 acres creating an additional Lot 1. Village of North Hudson.
A copy of the application is available for viewing at the Village Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri.
