RE: Eleventh Street Improvements Project Special Assessments
Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI before the Common Council on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 6:45 p.m. for the purpose of hearing persons interested, or their agents or attorneys, regarding the intent of the City to replace portions of curb and gutter and assess property owners on Eleventh Street that are involved in the Eleventh Street Improvements Project.
A copy of the report, which indicates the nature and amount of the improvements proposed to be levied, is on file in the office of the City Clerk, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI and is available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday commencing 7/08/09.
