TOWN OF HUDSON: 7/28/09 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 beginning at 6:30pm at the Town Hall, 980 County Road A to consider the request of Dick Grekoff to rezone the 4 lots (Parcel numbers 020-1091-70-000, 020-1092-90-000, 020-1091-90-000, and 020-1092-000-000) located on Ban Tara Lane from Residential to Planned Unit Development (PUD).

Immediately following the hearing there will be a Special Exception hearing per the request of Dick Grekoff to locate multi-unit independent senior living facility and related amenities, multi-unit temporary limited care living facilities and related amenities, multi-unit assisted living facilities and related amenities, and multi- unit skilled nursing living facilities and related amenities on the above Ban Tara Lane properties.

FOLLOWING the Public Hearing on the Rezoning and Special Exception requests a SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING will take place where action may be taken on the above mentioned public hearings.
