VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON: RESOLUTION NO. 2009-06

RESOLUTION APPOINTING GLORIA TROESTER AS ADMINISTRATOR/TREASURER

WHEREAS, the Village of North Hudson has realigned the roles and responsibilities of the office staff; and

WHEREAS, Gloria Troester has been serving as Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer; and

WHEREAS, Gloria Troester has accepted the position of Administrator/Treasurer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Board of the Village of North Hudson appoints Gloria Troester to the position of Administrator/ Treasurer.
