Wisconsin Citizen Action co-sponsored a survey with the Small Business Majority.
They said small business owners in Wisconsin favor mandatory employer coverage by a 2-1 margin.
And 60 percent endorsed reforms similar to President Obama wants, with a government health plan competing against private plans.
Other business groups like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have opposed government involvement, saying a market-driven system works the best.
But John Arensmeyer, CEO of the Small Business Majority, said everyone can agree that some change is necessary.

Robert Kraig of Wisconsin Citizen Action says he’s encouraged that small business owners believe in what calls a “shared responsibility” for health reform.
