PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 6, 2009 the Town Board will consider Ordinance 2009-02 to amend to the Code of the Town of St. Joseph by amending Chapter 168 Subdivision of Land.
The Public Hearing on the proposed amendments to the ordinance will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, located at 1337 County Road V.
You are further notified that in accordance with WSA ยง66.0103 a copy of said proposed ordinance is on file and is available for viewing by request via email@townofstjoseph.com or at the Town Hall by appointment by calling 715-549-6235.
