Rotary District 5960 is accepting applications for Group Study Exchange team members and team leaders immediately for an exchange to India (District 3202) from Jan. 10 to Feb. 9, 2010.
Applications are open for a team leader (Rotarian) and team member (non-Rotarians). The completed application should be submitted to the local Rotary club (Daybreak or Thursday Noon) by Aug. 15.
Team members must be non-Rotarian business or professional people between the ages of 25-40 engaged in a recognized business or profession on a full-time basis for at least the past two years.
Candidates cannot be spouses or lineal descendants of current Rotary members, they must be citizens of the United States and must live or work within the limits of Rotary District 5960 (St. Paul, southeastern and central Minnesota and western Wisconsin).
All candidates must receive permission from their employers to participate in the exchange before the interview process. Interviews are scheduled on Aug. 29 at the Northern Star Council Boy Scouts of America in St. Paul. Applicants must be available all day, starting at 9 a.m. (qualified candidates will be notified several days before of their interview time).
