County offers vaccinations

All county adults and children are eligible for low-cost vaccines through St. Croix County Public Health. Immunization clinics are scheduled every Monday in August at the county Human Services department, 1445 N. Fourth St., New Richmond.

Immunization clinics are scheduled every Monday in August at the county Human Services department, 1445 N. Fourth St., New Richmond. Times are noon-4 p.m. except on Aug. 10, when the hours are noon-5 p.m.

Tetanus (Td) or Tetanus-Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine is available for those individuals who have not been vaccinated in the past five to 10 years. Hepatitis B vaccine for individuals 19 years of age and older must be preordered by calling Public Health at (715) 246-8330 ($36 per dose). Other vaccines are cheaper and paid for at time of immunization.
