COMPLAINT
Plaintiffs Demand
The plaintiff states the following claim against the defendant:
1. Plaintiff demands judgment for $9,739.56 plus eviction. Tenant is delinquent with rent for the months of April, May, June and July 2009 plus additional months if applicable (monthly rent is $1,202.05) plus unpaid build out costs, unpaid CAMS, taxes and utilities per lease agreement.
Plus interest, costs, attorney fees, if any, and such other relief as the court deems proper.
