Wants health care now

I’m a cancer survivor and I want health reform. I want reform because if I ever lost my job and my employer-based health care, I would be uninsurable and unable to afford necessary follow up treatment.

Dear Editor,

I’m a cancer survivor and I want health reform. I want reform because if I ever lost my job and my employer-based health care, I would be uninsurable and unable to afford necessary follow up treatment.

I want health reform because my ability to whip out a plastic insurance card should not determine my ability to whip cancer.

I want health reform because no one should ever have to choose between their life and their life savings.

I want health reform because it’s the right thing to do for our country, our people and our economy.

I want health reform now — not later, because later may be too late for others fighting this disease.

Health reform is about more than politics, it’s about saving lives!
