CITY OF HUDSON: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 9/8/09

RE: COULEE ROAD MILL & OVERLAY PROJECT SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI before the Common Council on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 6:45 p.m. for the purpose of hearing persons interested, or their agents or attorneys, regarding the intent of the City to replace portions of curb and gutter and assess property owners on Coulee Road who are involved in the Coulee Road Mill & Overlay Project.

A copy of the report, which indicates the nature and amount of the improvements proposed to be levied, is on file in the office of the City Clerk, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI and is available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday commencing 8/26/09.
