ST. CROIX COUNTY: 9/15/09 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Committee will be conducting a public hearing on September 15, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at the St. Croix County Government Center, Room 1281, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):

WAIVER FROM LAND DIVISION REGULATIONS

1. APPLICANT: Sharon Johnson

LOCATION: N 1/2 of SW 1/4, SEC 32 T30N R19W, Town of St. Joseph

ADDRESS: 434 Rolling Hills Lane

REQUEST: To reduce the setback from 100 feet as platted to 75 feet pursuant to section 13.10B.1 of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance.
