Police hit the streets with Freedom Packer cards

This marks the 27th year Freedom Valu Center has partnered with area police departments to distribute Green Bay Packer-police safety cards.
The 18-piece trading card set of the team’s players plus Coach Mike McCarthy and general manager Ted Thompson will be given out four at a time per week beginning Monday, Sept. 14.
Along with a photo of the player, the card features the position he plays and where he attended college. The cards also have a safety tip written by students for their peers.
Patrol officers from the Hudson, North Hudson and Baldwin Police Departments will have the cards available for children in their communities. Cards can also be picked up at the police department offices and at the Freedom Valu Centers in Hudson, Baldwin and North Hudson.
