A Hudson man was convicted of two felony counts Tuesday in connection with a child abuse incident downtown last December.
Michael Terry Ross Jr., 33, pleaded no contest to felony charges of intentionally causing harm to a child and allowing a child to view sexual activity. Judge Edward F. Vlack set a sentencing hearing for Dec. 11.
The charges resulted from the investigation of an incident involving a 13-year-old girl Dec. 10, 2008, at Ross’ residence in the Dibbo Hotel.
Four additional charges including felony second–degree sexual assault of a child and incest with a child, and two misdemeanor counts of exposing genitals to a child were dismissed in plea agreement.
