Somerset man sentenced in 7th OWI
Michael S. Montbriand, 43, Somerset, was convicted of a seventh drunken driving offense Dec. 2 in Eau Claire County and sentenced to two years in prison.
Michael S. Montbriand, 43, Somerset, was convicted of a seventh drunken driving offense Dec. 2 in Eau Claire County and sentenced to two years in prison.
He was also ordered to serve five years extended supervision on the felony conviction and fined $1,256. Montbriand was convicted of a sixth OWI offense on Nov. 20, 2007, in St. Croix County and sentenced to 14 months in prison, according to court records.
