Shanghai Bistro coming to Hudson
Henry Chan the owner of Shanghai Bistro in Eau Claire, is opening another restaurant in Hudson in the space that formerly housed a Country Kitchen.
Henry Chan the owner of Shanghai Bistro in Eau Claire, is opening another restaurant in Hudson in the space that formerly housed a Country Kitchen.
Shanghai Hudson will be similar to the Eau Claire location (2930
Craig Road) according to owner Henry Chan. It will have the same menu with a bit more variety to accommodate the area’s demographics, he said.
Remodeling is currently taking place with the restaurant scheduled to open in early 2010.
