A tradition continues

Sunday evening, a number of choir members donned Santa hats during the 2009 Home for the Holidays concert, Peace, Love and Joy.

Sunday evening, a number of choir members donned Santa hats during the 2009 Home for the Holidays concert, Peace, Love and Joy.

Over 300 high school singers, 64 children’s choir members, 52 orchestra members and eight hand bell choir members combined their talents to entertain the audience. The concert featured 20 musical numbers, including many seasonal favorites such as “Silent Night,” “The First Noel” and “Carol of the Bells.” The students perform in one or more choirs, including the Chamber Choir, the Concert Choir, Bel Canto, Chanteuse and Swing Choir. The concerts are made possible by community and individual financial support.
