The city of Hudson announced Friday afternoon that parts of Lakefront Park will be closed to the public because of flooding conditions on the St. Croix River.
Closed will be:
--South of Walnut Street, extending south to the marina.
--Parts of the pathway south of Orange Street (between Orange Street and the Lakefront Park bathhouse).
Because of the potential depth and movement of flood waters, or the presence of ice accumulations, these areas are deemed unsafe for pedestrian or bicycle access.
