David Herbert Jewell, age 35, of Lakeland, Minn., passed away on July 15, 2010, at United Hospital. In the giving of his organs and tissues, he has saved and enhanced the lives of many.
Survived by his parents, Carolyn and Roger of Lakeland; four brothers: Christian (Darci), Terry (Sarah), Tim (Cathy), and Todd (Vicki); sister, Tonya (John) Larrew of Hunters, Wash.; 12 nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
A Celebration of David’s Life will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, July 19, at Faith Community Church of Hudson. Visitations will be one hour prior to the service at church and from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, July 18, at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Hudson, 715-386-3725. In memory of David, memorials may be designated to the American Diabetic Association or the Kidney Foundation.
