PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, September 23, 2010, at 8:30 a.m. at the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following request under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Board will view the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request.

1. APPLICANT: Town of Troy
LOCATION: NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, T28N, R19W, Town of Troy
ADDRESS: 277 Townsvalley Road
REQUEST: An after-the-fact variance for the road setback to be reduced pursuant to Section 17.60.6.a of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
