Women United for Liberty (WU4L) will hold a community-wide prayer vigil Thursday, Sept. 9, at 6:30 p.m. in front of the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road. The non-denominational, non-partisan event targets the statewide primary elections to be held on Sept. 14. Prayers will petition God’s intervention and blessings on the citizens, including the candidates, of the communities who will decide the fate of the state and nation.
WU4L is a group of concerned and conservative women standing up for the Constitution of the United States of America, and recognizing that it was founded on the Judeo-Christian principals in which God is at the founding of our Nation.
The purpose of the organization is to encourage, educate and empower women to take action and make their voices heard by promoting life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
The prayer vigil is open to men and women and is the first to be sponsored by Women United for Liberty. Questions or comments can be directed to the web site: www.womenunitedforliberty.com.
