Women’s club fashion show, fund raiser set

The second annual Women’s Club Fashion Show and fundraiser is Saturday, Oct. 23, at 11 a.m. at the Hudson Golf Club. The event includes a fashion show, silent auction, wine raffle and luncheon.

The second annual Women’s Club Fashion Show and fundraiser is Saturday, Oct. 23, at 11 a.m. at the Hudson Golf Club. The event includes a fashion show, silent auction, wine raffle and luncheon.

Ten local businesses and Coldwater Creek will take part showing fall and holiday fashions, jewelry and accessories for a variety of ages and sizes including teens, petites and plus sizes. The silent auction and wine raffle will provide an opportunity for holiday shoppers.

The menu includes a salad of mixed greens, chicken, apple, cranberries, and a poppy seed dressing, dinner roll and butter, an assortment of desserts, coffee and tea. Tickets are $25 and should be purchased in advance. More information and tickets are available by calling (715) 386-2442. Tickets reserved before the day may be picked up at the door.

All proceeds provide funds for the community in support of educational scholarships, health awareness, the arts, historic preservation and organizations in need such as Turningpoint and Operation HELP.
