Second Street traffic detoured during Monday evening fire call
Hudson firefighters were called to La Rue Marche at 513 Second St. at about 6 p.m. Monday when a light ballast in the women's clothing and accessories shop began to smoke.

Hudson firefighters were called to the La Rue Marche women’s clothing and accessories shop at 513 Second St. at about 6 p.m. Monday. They found a smoking light ballast and quickly corrected the problem.
Hudson firefighters were called to La Rue Marche at 513 Second St. at about 6 p.m. Monday when a light ballast in the women's clothing and accessories shop began to smoke.
The problem was quickly corrected with no damage to the shop.
Traffic was detoured off from Second Street between Walnut and Locust streets while fire engines and firefighters took over the street. The detour was in place from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
