Fire department called to Windsor Wood Path home
The Hudson Fire Department was called to a home on Windsor Wood Path at about 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9 in response to an alarm and the smell of natural gas in the home.
The Hudson Fire Department was called to a home on Windsor Wood Path at about 5 p.m. Thursday in response to an alarm and the smell of natural gas in the home.
The homeowner reported that the furnace had been running steadily and didn’t shut off as the temperature rose.
A firefighter was heard over the emergency radio system saying the furnace was extremely hot.
At 5:25 p.m., the same firefighter reported that the situation was under control.
Windsor Wood Path is located in the Lighthouse subdivision on Hudson’s east side, between Stageline Road and Interstate 94.
