St. Croix Valley Builders Association names 2011 directors and officers

The St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association installed its 2011 Board of Directors and officers at its annual holiday party on Dec. 16.

Don Esposito, incoming 2011 president of the Wisconsin Builders Association in Madison, conducted the swearing in at the installation process.

Jesse Smith of J&A Custom Homes in Osceola is the new 2011 incoming president. He has been an active member in the St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association since 2003 and has served as secretary/treasurer in 2009 as well as vice-president in 2010.

The 2011 directors are:

  • President: Jesse Smith, J&A Custom Homes, Inc., Osceola.

  • Vice president: Scott McCormack, McCormack Classic Construction, LLC, Hudson.

  • Secretary/treasurer: Tim Tryba, Arrow Building Center, River Falls.

  • Past president: Mike Dockendorf, Cameron Homes, Inc., Hudson.

    2011 officers and past presidents:

  • Jon Coty, Consolidated Lumber, Stillwater.

  • Nick Gorres, Fullerton/The Builders Choice, Osceola.

  • Todd Kuchera, Lund Builders, Inc., River Falls.

  • David Lee, Lee Signature Homes, LLC, Roberts.

  • Tony Nasvik, Mark Anthony Homes, Inc., Hudson.

  • Tera Snyder, Werner Electric Ventures, Hastings.

  • Gary Verhasselt, Verhasselt Construction, Inc., Osceola.

    As part of the board of directors’ responsibilities, they will oversee the marketing and financial policies and procedures of the association as well as the overall association operation as it pertains to the building industry. They will participate in scheduled monthly meetings to discuss current events/trends affecting the industry in order to make educated and informed decisions on behalf of the association and its membership.
