San Pedro Cafe ribbon cutting

San Pedro Cafe, 426 Second St., held a grand re-opening on June 14. The newly refreshed space offers the same award-winning Caribbean cuisine and island hospitality, but with a bold, new look.

The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau helped celebrate with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
