Softball extravaganza

Members of the Hudson U10 A team celebrate as a teammate slides safely into home plate in the team’s game against Rice Lake Saturday at the fifth annual Hudson Boosters Season Ending Extravaganza Fastpitch Softball Tournament at the Boosters Fields.
Forty-six teams, ranging in age from U10 to U16 from across Wisconsin and Minnesota, took part in the tournament, which is designed to give all girls in the tournament one last good memory of summer softball.
Games were played at the Grandview Softball Complex, Hudson Town Hall and The Hudson Boosters Fields beginning at 8 a.m. and continuing all day long.
