Peterson-Sandberg was cited for failure to yield while making a left turn. Two other children, ages 4 and 6, also were in Peterson-Sandberg’s Toyota SUV.
Judd Andrews of Hudson, left, completes a written statement about the crash while standing next to the Jeep he was driving. It appeared that Andrews had been traveling north on Carmichael Road when his Jeep collided with the Toyota SUV, which was making a left turn from eastbound Center Drive.
