Eric E. Garvey, 40, Webster was sentenced Sept. 9 to 90 months in prison without parole. A Somerset man, Chad Allen Wyttenbach, 36, and Victor Ernest Trejo, 51, Prescott, each received federal prison sentences in connection with the same case. The three were ordered by a federal judge to pay $93,777 in restitution.
They were convicted of transporting stolen tractors between Minnesota and Wisconsin.
