Quilters meet, hold raffle

The Hudson Heritage Quilters Guild meets Saturday, Oct 15, at 9:30 a.m., at Bethel Lutheran Church, 920 Third St. and a speaker from Silver Lane Quilting will be the featured presenter.

    The Hudson Heritage Quilters Guild is selling raffle tickets to raise money for local area food shelves. This year's raffle quilt, “Midnight Garden,” was made by guild members. The raffle winner will be selected during the Patchwork Harvest Quilt Show, Nov. 12 and 13.

The Hudson Heritage Quilters Guild meets Saturday, Oct 15, at 9:30 a.m., at Bethel Lutheran Church, 920 Third St. and a speaker from Silver Lane Quilting will be the featured presenter.

The guild is selling raffle tickets to raise money for local area food shelves. This year's raffle quilt, “Midnight Garden,” was made by guild members. The raffle winner will be selected during the Patchwork Harvest Quilt Show, Nov. 12 and 13. The raffle drawing is Sunday, Nov. 13, at 3 p.m. Tickets are available for $1 and can be purchased before and during the show. All proceeds go directly to area food shelves.
