The Fosters have provided the succulent turkey for all six of the pre-Thanksgiving dinners. They furnish the turkeys, roast them in their restaurants’ ovens and provide staff to assist with the serving. It makes for an extra-good HOME meal.
Bethel Lutheran member Brian Ullom does the purchasing of the other food for the Thanksgiving feast, with donations from the 11 participating churches.
Chuck Lewis oversees the volunteers who cook and serve the meals, and clean up afterwards.
Hudson Rotarians, Girl Scouts and church members again made up the volunteer staff at this year’s feast.
