Youth Action Hudson will hold its fourth annual fundraising breakfast on Thursday, Dec. 8, from 7-8:30 a.m. at the Hudson Golf Club. Organizers said everyone is welcome to attend the event.

The breakfast highlights the organization’s work with area youth and the programs they conduct to foster service learning, leadership opportunities, mentoring and address issues like bullying and teasing.

The keynote speaker for the event is longtime community volunteer and St. Croix Valley Foundation president Steve Wilcox.

Along with a light breakfast, there will be presentations by YAH youth involved in the programs, a 50/50 cash drawing and a silent auction that will include some unique offerings like a bass fishing trip with Hudson Police Chief and YAH board member Marty Jensen, and some Alaskan smoked salmon courtesy of a new venture from former HHS principal and YAH board president Ed Lucas.

Reservations should be made by Thursday, Dec. 1. For more information call (715) 386-9803 or e-mail yvonne.larsen@youthactionhudson.org.
